A 60-year-old woman was viciously attacked by a pair of younger suspects during a dispute over face masks at a New York City subway station, according to authorities.
NYPD were seeking two suspects believed to be in their late teens following the beating, which occurred last week and was captured in surveillance footage.
“WANTED for ASSAULT: On 11/13, at 12:18 PM, inside of the Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center station, a 60-year-old victim told 2 individuals to wear a mask if they were going to ride the elevator. They then struck the victim repeatedly,” NYPD explained on social media.

In the video, the woman can be seen entering an elevator before engaging the pair in an apparent dispute as they follow behind her.
A male suspect appears to shove his way into the elevator car, knocking the victim into the wall before the female suspect srikes her in the face.
After a brief struggle, the male exits the elevator and punches the victim in the head, knocking her to the ground.
He continues to pummel her, even slugging her in the face as she attempts to get to her feet.
